I see that Praxis Partners have link my case and Mary's together, I am not quite happy with that arrangement, the reason is, that we are two separate identities. One wouldn't have linked the accident together if we were driving in our own separate cars. In Mary's case they have cause her grievous bodily harm and tremendous amount of mental stress.

As I see it, Even though related to Mary Berry her husband, was himself nearly killed in the event, inches away from the extremely large heavy object falling from a great height of 30 ft. escaping death and serious physical injury, nevertheless was seriously traumatized, flashbacks of this massive bang, his wife flying across the aisle with the washing machines keep flashing in his mind, he does not think that he will ever get over that tremendous fear.

Being the husband of Mary Berry, I had to depend on my adrenaline surge to help me coped with the event unfolding, at the time of the incident I believed that my wife Mary Berry had only moments to live, there was no one at hand having to scream out for help laying on the floor next to her holding her trying to get some response from her, blood was streaming out of her mouth, crying out to her, Mary are you alright, she finally moved gradually opening her eyes not knowing what happened. Colin Berry could have at anytime suffered a stroke or a heart attack, due to the tremendous fear and stress that was trust upon him. As for Mr. Berry, we ask that you consider whether he in fact has a claim at all. Any loss of earnings due to caring for Mrs. Berry would properly be compensated as a part of Mrs. Berry's claim for care cost (up to a limit of the cost of commercial care at BNA rates).
If he does want to continue, do you want to agree a Consultant Psychiatrist?

May I say, I am a professional self-employed Plumber and electrician for the past twenty-one years, is Praxis Partners offering me a job as a care worker at BNA rates?

Whiles Mary Berry was in Hospital and the five months when she was in pain and wearing her body cast. Maybe Praxis Partners could advise me on the substitutes cost (I am sure I haven't been to the Hilton but only to the Bar around the corner so I guess they must be charging the BPA rates).
I wonder if Praxis Partners in the State's would have made such a statement? No is it because of their Wild West culture, or is it their gun culture maybe they see us in the U.K. as a pushover.
